Brief follow-up sessions are suitable for tracking your progress and adjusting medications or supplements as needed. A 30-minute visit is ideal for targeted assessment and making small but meaningful adjustments.
This longer follow-up allows time for deeper evaluation, inclusion of complimentary therapies and a more in-depth review of your treatment plan. If we meet less frequently, these longer sessions ensure we have time to catch up and make meaningful adjustments to your care. 60-minute sessions are best for more involved care and psychotherapy.
